Credit where it's due, it has changed my view.

I used to ignore protesters. Now I actively hate them.

My favourite was the mining conference protests where company reps were spat on. I looked through the list of companies attending and yeah sure there was quite a few fossil fuel mobs. But there was also a lot of ones mining/exploring for stuff like lithium, nickel and copper which are resources all completely vital to renewable energy and as a world will need a lot more of if the world is going to go that way.

Fair dinkum do they think these things grow on trees? They are just ignorant oxygen thieves.

edit - if they had half a brain you would just target BHP headquarters or something, a behemoth with an atrocious environmental record. But yeah but lets go randomly spit on people that include tiny companies try to make a go of it drilling for lithium...

I reckon a guy in my homeroom yr7-10 was asexual (NTTAWWT)- it was like he was almost robotic.

And I mean that in a literal sense, not to be a b*tch or anything. He just didnt seem gay, or hetero.

He was the smartest kid in the school (no exaggeration- he was the kind of student, teachers would look sh*t up in a book to make sure they were right lol), and i looked him up online last year, he's some major smart guy for some smart branch of Science, doing some smart science, I could not even begin to describe to you what the fu** they were researching, because I did not understand any of it.
