It confounds me that there have been marches with public outcry, parliament is in a spin, and condemnation all based - so far - on nothing more than the say so of Brittany Higgins.

She hasn't provided one shred of evidence - so far - yet the alleged perpetrator has already been tried and condemned.

Where's the due legal process in all that??
