neither did I - maybe saw something somewhere but hasn't been a lot of info and really disappointed in nothing from the Geelong Supercats about her signing in the WNBL considering she's a former player

Most disappointing thing about not knowing is that other than when I was interstate I've been a member of the Supercats since 1997, and the news coming from them over the past 12 months has been shit.

Following the 2019 season the mens head coach wasn't re-signed, while the women's coach re-signed for 3 years - within a month of him re-signing he quit & walked out; in the cases of both coaches talking after they left they cited cultural issues within the club

This years women's team has 2 or 3 players who had either played with the club in 2019 or had been signed to play last year before the season was cancelled due to covid - nothing from the club about those players who haven't returned, including Sara who was with the club for 5/6 years and would played over 100 games. Surely they could have acknowledged those not returning, and especially in the case of Sara said good luck to her in the WNBL

Similar lack of info around the mens team this year and after numerous announcements of player signings where they're coming from NBL teams or previously signed with other clubs, they finally announced a local Geelong signing & though the comments on FB you could hear/read the bronx cheers

And can pin point the time when the basketball team when to shit - Dec 2018 when Mark Neeld was signed as the new CEO. He is so not a people person, and I get the impression that unless somethings going to benefit him he doesn't really care

Neeldy is always pumping the Supercats on KROCK and i didnt know why. Makes sense now.

Sucks about how he's not much chop however.

With what's been happening recently, I'm guessing it is travelling in a southerly direction, possibly towards Canberra or Kiribilli House.
