Pop them in the freezer for 5 or 6 minutes that puts them to sleep, boil up around 3 or4 ltr of water with a hand full of salt and a tablespoon of sugar in it when it's boiling hard drop in a couple of crabs depending on size, when the water returns to the boil give it 7 minutes and take them out and put them in salt laced ice slurry(again a hand full of salt) to stop them cooking, about 5 minutes and into the fridge,shell when ready to eat.how do you prepare them - any specialities or just whatever comes?
