Just a Cliff notes version - a guy is talking about his dimwit brother who went all Doomsday Preppers when he figured out Biden was going to win the election, and now he's stuck in Texas in the middle of a blizzard with no gas and power outages. Most of the food he has stored are in cans, and the only can opener they have is electric so they can't get into the cans, and even if they could, they've got nothing to heat it with so they're just eating cold baked beans and canned ravioli.
