Just thought more attention should have been put on it, especially the question of who knew what and when, and also the absurdity of ScoMo having to be told by his wife that sexual assault was wrong.

Yeah except that isn't exactly what was said. I watched the full press conference earlier.
As for the victim blaming part - he specifically said "not her fault". That's the opposite of blaming her.
The actual department she worked for, absolutely, they're the ones who kept it quiet.
