About 12 months ago my brother got his white card & did the traffic management course - just before we went into the first set of restrictions, and he has said how it was drilled into them that it's not an easy job, you'll get a sore wrist and may even have to jump out of the way of a car if they aren't paying attention

I'm looking forward to it though, it's something I joked about doing a couple of years ago & feels good to finally be doing it
Yeah and you gotta know the distances when you put out the signs, and all that stuff.
It's a hard job IMO. Especially for the girls cause they can't go to the toilet.

About 6 months ago in a first aid course I asked what would happen if I shot the epi-pen into myself.
Everyone laughed at me. I was actually dead serious though.

thankfully nothing serious should happen to you, but the bigger problem is that if it's the only api-pen available then it can be serious trouble for the person who actually needs it

Could be wrong but I think I heard of someone being so nervous they did that and the kid died.

I can't take a shit if not on a toilet. My arse just won't do it.
I bought this fancy toilet thing for camping though which is good.

yeah, happened at a childcare centre/similar (came up at dinner the other night, never heard my brother so talkative and wanting to tell us everything he learnt)

The teacher/woman who was administering the epi-pen must have panicked, she held it the wrong way & when she went to "stab" the kid she had it the wrong way around, stabbed her thumb with the needle and she was ok. Problem is they only had 1 epi-pen...

After that incident there was changes made to the design to try & eliminate that happening

As for stabbing yourself with out of date ones - my brother knew someone at Telstra who had a severe nut allergy, said the guy always had like 5 epi-pens, so he would also have expired epi-pens. His housemates would occasionally get the expired ones, try it on themselves, and then complain when nothing happened

I can't take a sh*t if not on a toilet. My arse just won't do it.

I've meet people who can't shit unless they are at their own home

I'm glad for no known food allergies, although I have a few medical allergies but nothing that's required an epi-pen

Most recent allergic reaction I was told to take hay fever tablets because of the antihistamine aspect

Ok thats a tad bizzare.

I need privacy tho. My mate has a townhouse the half bath is RIGHT near ths living room. No way in hell id be using that to take a shit. Would request to go upstairs

I think nearly any job is probably harder than what outsiders think.

Except the gardeners at our school, that's even easier than it looks. I couldn't believe it when I helped them for a bit once and I looked at the pay slip and got paid $1 more an hour more than teaching kids how to swim, what an insult.
