My Samsung never scans it. Never ever.

Do you have to scan the thing before you can sign in. Can i put the app on my phone and do it. I just havent bothered cause I thought you need to scan the thing at the actual place. And my piece of sh*t phone doesnt do it.

Try not scanning it. Just hold your camera over it for a few seconds and a webpage will usually pop up.

Maybe try downloading the Service Victoria app and seeing if that helps with scanning them

Or you can even download QR scanners
