Someone in America tried to use my card so the bank cancelled it.

They didn't have the expiry date or the CVV so it failed. So most likely just some chancer with a random number generator.

Now I can't access my money for 10 business days which is basically 3 weeks because of Easter.

When i was in FLorida it was "add 2 hours change to opposite" for melbourne.

So 6pm Sunday, 8am Monday.
