Some may believe the show is past its used by date, but others may well be happy - "The Simpsons" was renewed for seasons 33 and 34 at Fox.

It was past it's use by date 20 years ago. It was brilliant before that though. They just let it drag on so long that it's no longer funny. And that happened after the original writers left. The ones who replaced them aren't fit to hold their pens.

I could watch episodes from the first 15 seasons over and over again. I can barely watch anything after that.
