30 yesterday - 11 who were already isolating

Think it's like 18 today with 6 already in isolation

So while it's good the cases are linked, thinking there may be some concern with the number of new positive cases that haven't been isolating prior to their test; hoping/fingers crossed that they don't see massive increase in numbers

Hoping I misheard the radio news just now, but pretty sure they said one of the key points of discussion at todays National Cabinet/National Security meeting (didn't hear which one) is to address stopping domestic travelers from staying in the same hotels/floors as is being used for hotel quarantine

WTF - why was that ever permitted let alone stopping that needs to be discussed first before making a decision

Hotels aren't designed to be quarantine facilities in the first place, but if they must use them then who thought it would be a good idea to also have domestic travelers in the same premises?

Don’t like her, and like most under that title, for a “comedienne” she’s not has been remotely funny. Never. And yes for a while there she could have had her own postcode.

But that doesn’t mean what she said was idiotic either. It sounds pretty sensible.

Well when Medicare is destroyed and private health insurance companies come in from America cause we have to pay for the destruction the lockdowns have caused what do you think the cost of life will be then?
Any Covid deaths will be a drop in the ocean compared to that.
But that will only be poor and working class people so its ok.
Just like now, lockdowns are great when you can work from home or can afford it.
But anyway its not for us to worry about its about the people who have to make their way in life over the next 60+ years that have to pay it off.
