Can Aliir keep Trent McKenzie (who played that role last year and came 5th in 2020 B&F) out for more than a few weeks when he comes back?

Why would they trade for him if they didn't want him in their best 22? Be strange to get an established player (he was best 22 at the swans) in and not give them a chance. From Aliir's perspective why would he move clubs without being promised a place in the side. Obviously he's got to play well and stay fit but still.

Teams trade in depth all the time. He may well be best 22 or he ends up a fringe player like at the Swans. He difinitely has some upside. Time will tell if he can do it consistently well enough to stay in the team.

Mate you're kidding yourself here. He's a walk up start.

Kick-in and play-on stats are interesting.

May is a :padlock: if he is not ruled out for concussion.
Is a great kick and loves to boot it long. Also very handy in the air for contested intercepts.

Ziebell and Binchicken sharing the duties.

Will Cumming improve his scoring?

Clark the one the has me intrigued. Will this continue for Geelong?

May is a s**t selection. Spud of the highest order. In only 0.8% of teams for a reason.

Preuss says hi!

Aliir is in front of McKenzie and it’s not even close lol
Completely agree.

Nothing against McKenzie as he played well last year but Allir suits Port's game style better where they press up the ground and this will allow Allir to take so many intercept marks.
