I'd think we'd be looking at all types. Cover all bases and make sure nothing gets missed that might be of use.

My question is how can we sell ourselves to other players in the competition?
I'm a really big fan of Cerra, but as it stands the only thing we can really offer him other than moving home is being our prime midfielder in a midfield that seems like it's 1-2 years away from being competitive.

Yeah I agree but I don't mind 'nice' players in the front end though. Gunston and Breust have served us well.

Kicked a good goal the other day just throwing his body at it through a contest so he will go when it's his turn.

Mathieson is a realistic target but doesn’t offer too much more than a Cousins or Howe IMO. His disposal is average at best

We need to start building a quality midfield that has a good foot skills and and has good balance between inside and outside skills. Bulldogs, Melbourne, Brisbane, Geelong and Richmond have the best midfields. Our current midfield are miles off the above
