He isn't strong enough to compete with the really big guys, and his support when he played down back was Kyle Hartigan or Frosty. As you said costs nothing too. I think as a 3rd he would be fine.

Reminded me a bit of Craig Turley, might just be the hair flick though Nice ping from outside 50, and obviously a strong runner. Remember Simon Black was an awesome runner prior to football. Good leg, nice technique, we can always do with more lefties ;-)

I think we will bring in more than most clubs this trade period.
We are one of the only clubs with cap room.
Lets hope its more hits than misses.
At the current point in time, Its in the clubs best interest to not have any other potential targets publicised.
Until the CCJ business is finalised.

Just go to the draft.
Plenty of decent state league players that will fill our needs and young enough to grow with the team.
Someone suggested Eddie Ford goes to the backline so I'm not taking much notice of the thread until trade time.

Young had an article on the AFL site pretty early days about the way we wanted to go about it. We ended up trading for him in the same trade that got Martin to Dogs. Sleevo on the other hand, a nice surprise
