Any chance Lemmey gets to the Amon compo pick?

It’s really hard to predict because sometimes teams have wildly different ideas and it only takes one team to like a player, but generally it sounds like he might be available then.

What I do know, is that if the Amon pick is end of first round that one of keeler, Jefferson or lemmey should almost certainly be there. It’s hard to see all three plus cadman going in the top 20. Reckon one is bound to slip.

I don’t think that Gold Coast are going to make things easy for Rankine and Adelaide……. they’re really pissed

In my entirely non-expert opinion, assuming no trades, Philippou or Busslinger with our current first pick sounds good. I'd be happy with Lemmey for the Amon pick too.

I‘m a casual draft watcher at best so take this with a grain of salt. I‘ve seen Lemmey play 3 times this year and he’s shown absolutely no AFL traits in those games. If it wasn’t for BigFooty I’d have said he’s a rookie list prospect. He gets to less contests as a forward than Darcy Fogarty

so I can’t help but think he needs to play down back and have the ball come to him.

As I said, my opinion shouldn’t carry much weight and I’m sure he’s played much better games that I haven‘t seen. I just wouldn’t get much excitement from us drafting him.

They are also interested in bonner could get 1 of there 2nd round picks to pick up a kpd or small forward

This is why we need second round picks.

It's not just Lemmey there's Anthony Munkara along with Isaac Keeler.

I love the idea of grabbing a high end mid with our first and snatching one of keeler , lemmey or Jefferson with the Amon pick.

Munkara would be a very good fit for our list needs, but I wouldnt want to go for him with the Amon pick, and since Munkara is an essendon nga kid he becomes a don if he gets past pick 40.

So we would have to trade into a pick around 30-40 to get him.

Which is reasonable imo.
