Yeah can't help but feel Ollie Lord's career is now over. He'll play CHB for the year and be delisted at the end of the season.

He's lucky he signed an extension in early 2022.

Scully in to ruck - so no Will Verrall

Scully has predominantly played as a kf, and I think we’ve drafted him as a kf.

No doubt he will get some reps as a backup ruck, as he should, but he’s a genuine kf.

I do think you’re right tho that it’s unlikely that we add verrall.

Good get. Late convert from soccer, plenty of development in him. Was kicking bags of goals for fun earlier this year.

Was kicking bags the year before as well.

Maybe not. I think we do rate him (deservedly). I reckon he can make it.

Geez if we have no injuries our SANFL side is going to be a dogs breakfast. With Hayes, Dante, Teakle, Lord, Sculley, Mccullum, Clurey, Pasini or a chance to be in same side. Hope it doesn’t effect development

Scully’s highlights show a good mark, both on the lead and in the contest. Nice kick for goal. Looks like he gets a few from the groundball too.

Was kicking bags the year before as well.

A 203 cm kid at U/18 level who has some co-ordination, is going to kick a lot of goals if you play him at FF.

I reckon its 50/50 whether he ends up more ruck or more KPF in 4 or 5 years time.

Tend to agree. Lord can play football but with Dixon, Marshall and MG ahead of you, your options are limited.

He really did struggle at CHB last year. Maybe with a little more structure and depth in the back six this season it will click.
