1. Brisbane received picks 41, 50, 52 and 63 --> Hawthorn received pick 36 and a future Round 3 pick.

2. Brisbane received pick 40 --> North Melbourne received pick 63 and a future Round 3 pick.

3. Hawthorn received pick 18 --> Sydney received pick 27, a future Round 2 pick and a future Round 3 pick.
