Welcome back everyone. So I finally found my To Do list from a while ago, and written in red between "Mow the back yard" and "Get your act together" is "Wrap up the Game Preview thread" which I must have overlooked. Boy is there egg on my face! We ended up having ten game previews this season...

Pretty underwhelming so far for me, except the key defender

Thought if we wanted a ruck, we should have gone established, so if one goes down they’re ready to go. A ruck first year isn’t that risk mitigation

Meh on another medium forward - didn’t we just trade for one and Sturt?

No small forward or key forward

Pretty happy so far.

In the past Freo would ignore needs and come away from a draft with a superabundance of skinny flankers.

The only query I have is Emmet who will play the same role as Corbett, Sturt and Banfield.

We have medium forwards swinging from the rafters.

I think Corbett looks like more of a marking type forward, with the one clip of Emmet so far looking he's pretty big on the defensive side of forward craft. Sturt is pace and a nice kick, and Banners is Banners.

So yeah, they've all got a bit of a different flavor to them I think.
