Be interesting to see how they work the byes now. Unless I’ve just missed them somewhere but as far as I can tell we will be starting the season without knowing the bye rounds and therefor unable to plan for the structure we need going in.

Will averages simply be applied or it just comes down to sheer dumb luck if you happened to have an even spread when the future fixture is announced?

AFL pre-season kicks off with rematch of fiery final: Ultimate Guide​

Kayo will stream an exclusive round of AFL practice matches from Wednesday

All nine matches will be played across Wednesday February 23 to Saturday February 26 with five of them jam-packed across 12 hours of non-stop footy on Friday February 25.

Eight of the games will be open to the public with only the West Coast vs Fremantle match closed.

The AAMI Community Series matches will be staged under official rules.
