So just caught up on Keeler's game from the weekend.

I've seen enough - he's entered #1 talks for me and sits at #3 overall behind Wardlaw and Busslinger, jumping over Scully. Ridiculous footballer with stupid potential.
Glad to hear he's coming along, loved what i saw from a vid early in the year and has so much more development left in him. Not only that he's exactly the sort we need.

Would add some serious versatility to our side

Athletic forwards allow us to play taller lineups

Talk to me about the drawbacks

Question marks around his defensive application and work rate - two things which are more a mental and mindset adjustment than anything else.

There's also some question marks around how good of a forward he could become.

Last year in 15 games as an underager he averaged 1.7 goals and 1.3 behinds. His two biggest tallies in a game were 5.2 in round 1 and 4.0 in round 7 which is pretty good. He was kept goalless 4 times.

This year he's averaging 1.5 goals and 1.0 behinds. His biggest hauls are 4.1 in round 5 and 4.2 last week in round 7. He's been kept goalless twice in 8 games so far.

He could also impose himself more in marking contests. He averaged 1.0 contested mark a game last year and 0.8 this year. There are times where instead of trying to take a mark, he'll stay down and rove off the pack which he's very good at it, but you wonder why at 198cm, he's not contesting in the air as he's shown himself to be a good aerialist.

His skills off both sides, composure in traffic, creativity and athleticism are some real stand-out traits for me. Even when he's not kicking goals, his ability to impact the game in other ways is why I have him so high. He's averaging 17.6 touches a game and they're 17 touches that impact the game.

The championships are going to be huge for him, and I hope for his sake, he really shows what he's capable of.

If JHF is not signed up by the end of the year. Could change how North draft. Might want Wardlaw.

Offer Simon Darymple (Swans recruiter) every cent we have.
Your wish may have come true if what dergert has mentioned is correct.

Pinched this from the Swans board:

"Dalrymple joined Feb 2018.

These have been our trades, free agent signings and draft selections since (34 players In and 12 players Out)"

Guess you can take him out of our options at pick 2.

No idea who we would take.

Top 10 or so looking very even.

Best option is to trade #2 back down the order and pick up some extra currency.

This allows us to use our first pick on more of a needs basis without sacrificing the full value of a top 2 selection.
