So have made some changes to what I posted in October , how things can change 😳

Ladder:
1 Dogs - think they'll fly through the H+A
2 Lions - Another top 4 finish 4 but another quick Finals exit
3 GWS - impressed me most in the Praccys , look to have a hard edge
4 Dees - Sluggish start but will motor home
5 Tigers - still dangerous
6 Port - first of the top 4 to slide a bit
7 Cats - win at home but begin to get exposed more away
8 Swans - think they hold on last season
9 Blues - improve but miss 8
10 Saints - times running out
11 Bombres - add another 365 days to the ' not winning final streak '
12 Freo - slow burn up the ladder
13 Crows - get a mini spike in Nicks 3rd year
14 Hawks - think we start slow but improve sharply once personal come back in
15 North - win BF poll for best youth as a consolation prize and bragging rights
16 Pies - class midfield still , worries elsewhere though
17 Eagles - will have hit rock bottom by end of season
18 GC - will start well and cause upsets but same old in general

GF - GWS V Dogs
Premier - GWS
Coleman - Hawkins 64
Rising Star - JHF

Other
  • Ward and Macdonald to star in a win getting the 3 and 2 Brownlow votes .
  • Dangerfield opts to go on deep sea fishing charter rather than play GC citing hamstring awareness
  • Buddy misses 6 games then kicks 10 on return
  • Port forced to play Kochie at full forward after CV-19 exposure mishap at club.
  • Melbourne supporters start calling players by their names and not jumper numbers at games
  • After bad loss Craig Macrae comes out and finds he car up on blocks. Gets ride home with Eddie
  • Bulldogs request AFL investigation after winning a free kick count by only 5 in a match

Sorry a bit bored , still flat about Warney and dying for the real footy to start👍

A Dogs v GWS final would be hype

If that fixture happens, win or lose Toby Greene is getting suspended for life

Premiers: Dogs
Brownlow: Touk Miller
Coleman: Jez Cameron

Into the 8:

Blues - Surely this is the year it somewhat clicks. New coach bounce, strong spine, a bit of really good midfield depth

Tigers - still think they are very good at footy.

Out of the 8:

Bombers - tougher draw I believe, inconsistent performances from a young side

Port - could still be ok at home but I can really see them imploding after the last few seasons

I think I have literally the same top 8. Positions and all.

So 3 of the 8 experts have us for the spoon and the remainder in the bottom 4. Wonder if this means they’ll lay off Sam if we perform accordingly…

I’d be surprised if we don’t finish bottom 4.
