No offense to essendon supporters, but they are the kind of flip flop side that are world beaters one week and **** beaters the next.
Wouldn't surprise me to see them come out after copping a barb from the media

You are only realizing this now? Been the case for 15 years

Yes and No.

For the first two legs it goes up, then goes down. At least for my account that is what is happening.
NGL I haven't done it in years seeing as Sportsbet has me limited to hell and I'd rather the 100 odds then something that has a slight possibility of being voided, so others may have better instructions

If it’s put in a SGM however you should get a boost option? Therefor “better odds” on said market.
Example, Rachele this weekend to kick 5+ is $26 with Ladbrokes. If I put him down for 3+/4+/5+ in a SGM and hit the boost I get $31. Also if a promo is available on the SGM I get my money back if he can only hit 3 and 4 goals. Where that option for money back as a bonus bet is not available for just an outright 5+ goal bet

I cant get anything much with Sportsbet so its moot point for me.

I do agree the potential to be voided is interesting.

As an example, with Franklin, I can multi AGS,2+,3+ and 4+ for 3.75 and yet get 4+ on its own at $4 so its a waste of time for me at least.

True but you dont get unlimited boosting, or do you? Isnt it one or two per day?

With SB I can place bets up to a certain amount on game day but until then its still very little they let me place.

The SGM boost is a little different this year. Last year if you combined 2 legs you would almost always get a better price... albeit only slightly most of the time. This year however, things are a little different and the SGM trick only works for the 'fringe' goal kickers and only for the 3 and 4+ markets.

On friday night for example Naughton is $9 for 5+, but using the SGM trick (4 and 5+) actually DECREASES his price and it offers you $8. This wasn't the case last year.... you would definitely have been offered a price above $9. Libba on the other hand is $51 for 4+ but $171 using SGM trick... lets be honest though, $171 for Libba to kick 4 is still not a price worth wasting a dollar on.

Two AGS prices that seem tasty on Neds

Tom De Koning AGS 2.65
Bailey Banfield AGS 2.20

Libba spending more time forward after being the #1 ranked clearance player last season.
AGS - $2.25
2+ - $8
(SB)

Bevo is good at ****ing us over though (eg. Dunkley in the ruck). So he will probably play full time mid this week.

M. Owies 2+ - $4.60 (Neds)

Looked pretty lively last season. Wasnt really seen last week but I'll give him a chance.

Libba 2+
Treloar 2+
Owies 2+
$99.50
(SB)

I would be careful using Port at the very short odds in any multi this week. They will have a swag of players out off a tough game. Yeah the Hawks are most likely a bottom 4 team however the team they put on the park this Saturday will be close to their best in 3 seasons.
They will regain Bruest Mc Evoy and most likely Day. Add a fit Gunston and Sicily they are a back at $5 on Betfair for me.

They have got up with worse teams at huge odds ( usually night games where their plodding midfield is as not as badly exposed ) on the road to Syd, West Coast, Port and Adelaide in the last 4 seasons.

I don't mind Matthew Kennedy and jack silvagni for a couple goals
Silvagni 2+ $5.50
Kennedy 2+ 5.50

Both kicked 1.2 last week.
Kennedy kicked 2 and 1 in the praccies and silvagni kicked 2 in one of them

they dont have clarkson anymore.

Rachele into $1.17 to kick a goal anytime for Adelaide for Round 2. My initial prediction of $1.10 wasn't far off.

Sportsbet well and truly crunched the odds in after his performance last week. Anyone that had a half decent week on the goals last week, will be crunched in.

Didn't watch Adel v Freo but his line is $2 for 2+ goals now. 4.50 for 3+ Goals. $36 if you think he can do what he did last week for 5 goals or more.
