my only concerns are

1 - Freo coming off a 1 point win vs St kilda off a dissapointing loss (hate backing teams in this scenario)

2 - Rain expected - might neautralise the game a bit and give st kilda a chance (st kilda seem to play well in the wet)

any thoughts?

Here's a few i've jumped on early. I had a pretty good round 1 which i'm putting down to luck at this stage.

Berry 15+/20+/25+ @ 1.85/5.50/26
Had 18 against a stingy port in the wet(?) and now faces a leaky Essendon midfield. Spent some time off with a shoulder issue but came back on. Early reports are he should get up.

Daniel McStay 2+/3/4+ @ 2.25/5/13
After seeing what Hawkins and Cameron was about to do to us, think he bounces back after scoring donuts on the weekend.

Nah that was the tab. They’ve all come in now. 15+ @ 1.75, 20+ @ 3.00 and 25+ @ 5.

I’m actually getting a 4x cashout return on the 25+ which I’m tempted to take. Think 25 might be a stretch and he’s still a chance to miss.

Did anyone have a crack at the Ladbrokes “Any Team v Any Team” promo on the weekend? It lets you choose a team from the round to score more points than another side for the weekend. For example, Melbourne to outscore Haw last week and odds are given accordingly. I made a 5 leg multi on this and missed by 1 leg. Had Richmond (76) to score more than Haw (78) as my only loss.
I think going forward some smart observations to make before backing these sides would be to load up not only the better/high scoring teams, but those playing in favourable conditions -Under the roof at Marvel (Bris this week v Ess) versus a team who is predicted to play in the wet and so on

Without looking too deep in to the round, if we do get the predicted weather in the Swans/Geel game I’d be pretty happy to take one of those teams on as my anchor to get out scored by certain teams this weekend in a multi by the likes of your Melbourne’s, Brisbane’s etc
