Yep. Really never a time when a 1st year player can be blamed for the failures of an entire club. Whole year in the 8 and drop out only in the final round when even a draw in any of the last 4 games would have been enough.

This is, and has always been the best way to judge a players season

Hopefully, the dancers media performers geriatrics and token representatives on the AA selection panel take note

Using your logic a player could be the 6th best on the field in 22 straight games, and be considered worse than a player who was worst on ground 21 times but got 1 vote in one match.
