Depends if they view Melb, gws or syd as chances to take who they interested in. It’s only 3 spots for them, but if we rate Jefferson as the best KPF after Cadman could be worth a shot for us. I’d hate to see Melb get him and miss out by 3 spots if we rate him. Vic boy to so no home factor

Lemmey has the same problems with competitiveness that Keeler has with the only difference Lemmey can't get near the footy because he's so slow and lumbering.

I wouldn't be surprised if this class turns out a lot better than the experts are predicting. Last year, this one was supposed to be filled with star KPPs. Now, it's meant to be weak. I trust GW and the team will pick players who improve the list.

However I’ve got the feeling that if Lemmey was allowed to simply play u18’s for the entire season and didn’t get covid so early, he would have put in just as impressive a year as someone like Jefferson.

(I will caveat that statement by saying that I’ve been a firm believer for a while that the standard of the SANFL u18’s is pretty ordinary)

He’s still worth a shot late for teams late in the national draft IMO. But if he didn’t we should definitely consider him as a rookie.

Along with a couple of other young rucks like Nick Madden (who despite his many detractors could become a Sean Darcy/Shane Mumford type, who Fly would love), Max Knobel, and Jackson Broadbent (a massive slider this year)

Why isn't Keeler top 10? Because instead of running through a brick wall he'd try and jump over it. Athletic freak but gets through entire games without touching someone even when he's in the ruck!

Heard a few list managers this week state how disappointing this years tall fwd stocks e.g Keeler and Lemmey and how far they had fallen. The knocks on both were lack of physicality and aggressiveness. Also how Keeler had no tank/ endurance. They were compared to Scache and Boyd and how they were great at TAC level playing against less physically developed kids but struggled when matched against same size or bigger player. They suggested Cadman and Jefferson were the two. Also indicated Barnett who is a ruck showed promise as a forward

The only gripe with that top 10
Is I think Jefferson is too high. The rest for me can happen quite easily.

That is a leap and that's part of Harry's problem, he can't, Jefferson is mobile and can jump, that's the difference.
