He's also busy naming two blokes to Sydney that we won't draft! Has he got one right to us say EVER? Heck we had a top 4 pick and he still got that one wrong!

Twomey just linked Jakob Ryan at North's pick 23 along with Lachie Cowan on today's RTTD video.

I think most of the time Twomey's phantom draft is really accurate as he has great contacts at clubs. I think though when it comes to the Swans he has very few so he is mostly guessing with us.

With which draft? He had Brown as your 1st pick at 18 last year - Brown went the pick before at 17.
McDonald slid in 2020.
2019 - Flanders was a miss but he write this: "Dylan Stephens' midfield prowess makes him also one of the leading contenders here."
2017 - O'Brien at 14 - Blues went early on him at 10.

Not sure hopeless is the correct call.

We were always taking a mid last year. He’s never got one right, when his thing comes out I always hope he names one of the ones I don’t want, makes me happier.

I was thankful the Tigers did! Was the one bloke I didn’t want! Needed mids as seen in the big game we still need them. Don’t need more third tall defenders.

There are always some surprises from Twomey's phantom to what happens. Get a lot right but lets look at 2020

He had North selecting Hollands, but they went with Phillips (something that shocked a lot, but the noise around it closer to the day was getting louder)
And because of that things changed.
Sydney he had DGB, but they snapped up McDonald as didnt expect to be there because of crows taking RT

Basically GC and North swapped players.

Then he had Bruhn to Essendon with Reid and Henry with their three picks. One out of the three ended up there.
There was a lot of noise around Crows (and essendon) in regards to the McInnes pick, with Cal having Crows having him... who would have thought he would get to pick 23.

2020 probably was a bit more difficult given no footy was played.

there was the clear top 5 + academy kids. then you had the Dons with 3 picks in a row that would define the 1st rd and needing pretty much everything.

Yeah so trade out 22 for a future 2nd then trade it back to the club for a 35 this year and next

We only have room for Phillipou Davey x 2 Munkara

35 x 2 for 22 would be good for us
