10. St Kilda – Cam Mackenzie (Sandringham Dragons/Vic Metro)
Midfielder, 188cm, 83kg
Dan says: Busslinger was also in consideration here, but why not take the talent you’ve spent years developing in your academy program? Mackenzie has the poise in traffic, speed and height that the Saints need in their midfield group.
31. St Kilda – Isaac Keeler (North Adelaide/SA)
Forward/ruck, 198cm, 89kg
Dan says: With Paddy Ryder retiring, we will take an athletic tall who has been compared to the former Bomber, Power and Saints star. Keeler will need to work hard to improve his running capacity but he oozes talent with his leap and ground level traits for a prospect standing 198cm.
35. St Kilda – Harvey Gallagher (Bendigo Pioneers/Vic Country)
Defender, 179cm, 77kg
Dan says: Fitting to finish this mock draft with one of my personal favourites in 19-year-old Gallagher. The Pioneers product finished the year with a bang in a Nick Daicos-like halfback role where his vision, footy IQ and elite workrate saw him average ridiculous numbers. The Saints need quality ball-users and he brings that in spades.
Dream hallToday’s Herald Suns mock draft here and this is who they pick for you guy’s.
was it in 2017 that we desperately needed mids and instead we picked up HBF in the hopes to turn them into mids?
It’s not bad for you guy’s like the Keeler pickDream hall

What's your opinion on Gallagher? I reckon he'd be an easy 2nd rounder if he had a 2004 birthday based on the way he played in the 2nd half of the year. Would rather take him with 47 thoughWould be great if Keeler slid to us. Not so sold on Gallagher.
Ok fair point. Then I’d say he has the size strength to break through tackles but is much more explosive then both.If you look at guys like Oliver and Cripps they are massive units.
I'm not sure its just their "playing style". Maybe their physicality something to do with it.
But i'm happy if we get either Phillipou or McKenzie.

No Elijah Hewett, there!!!Recent Phantom by PM Bangers.
The biggest surprises for me are the Cats & Eagles picks.

Why? would Hewett slide, seems to be underrated, considering he is compared to Dusty & PatraccaA few rumours posted on the main board from PMBangers
- Obvious first four selections are Cadman, Wardlaw, Sheezel and Ashcroft, no need to address that
- Essendon's pick obviously shapes the rest of the next 10 picks, think they're leaning Humphrey atm
- Gold Coast deciding between Ginbey (leading), Clark and Humphrey
- Saints likely take whoever of Mackenzie or Phillipou are left
- Jacob Konstanty and Charlie Clarke both heavily linked to GWS, apparently Clarke has interest from Collingwood too so may pounce at 16
- GWS likely to trade out 19 on the second night, wait and see on the offers but from my bias POV we should be able to get a future first
- Elijah Hewett may slide into the 30's, 75% chance he doesn't go first round at the very least
- For NGA's; Cooper Vickery the most likely to go prior to 41 (apart from Mackenzie obviously) which would mean Hawks miss out, Munkara and the rest should get through
Go home factor, potential character issues, inconsistent performances throughout the season. Why? would Hewett slide, seems to be underrated, considering he is compared to Dusty & Patracca

Wouldn't 198cm not be tqll enough for a ruckman?Today’s Herald Suns mock draft here and this is who they pick for you guy’s.
Bids push our pick out to around 30 on draft night. Doesn't matter, it's still pick 28 in the open pool anywayDon’t we have pick 28 ??
I saw a media piece? on him. He stated that he doesn't barrack for an AFL team & that he embraces the change in environment, if he has to leave WA. Isn't bound to family & friends, as his footy comes first.Go home factor, potential character issues, inconsistent performances throughout the season.
Teams know a lot more than us and it's up to Hewett to prove the teams wrong. Not sure where he's been compared to Petracca or Martin though, haven't seen that yet.
Paddy is 197cmWouldn't 198cm not be tqll enough for a ruckman?
31 wouldn't be any interest to us, but 19 definitely would. There is talk GWS is looking to trade 19,31
Could st kilda make an offer for those picks?
If so, what could it be.
Looks like a gun ...... I likeI saw a media piece? on him. He stated that he doesn't barrack for an AFL team & that he embraces the change in environment, if he has to leave WA. Isn't bound to family & friends, as his footy comes first.
And definitely saw on one of his profile's that he's compared to those two.
He can kick well on both feet, 3 to 4 step burst speed, that allows him to put separation on the opposition & is a goal kicking mid.
Pick 18 next year for 19 & 31 this year? Hmmm! I could live with that.31 wouldn't be any interest to us, but 19 definitely would.
Unfortunately I think the asking price would at least involve our future first so someone pretty bloody good would have to slide that far.

Who wants to be a nice person?
