I'd prefer Tsatis, we can get a Busslinger-type round 2 or 3So if its Busslinger or Tsatis?
I think i'm tending Busslinger
Be interested to see where Twomey has Tsatas in his Mock Draft tomorrow.good point - he may not even go in the first round - but then again who knows.
All of his drafts this year have been more power rankings rather than where he thinks players will go. Tomorrow nights one is his first guess at who goes where.Be interested to see where Twomey has Tsatas in his Mock Draft tomorrow.
He hasn't had him out of the Top 5 in any of his monthly Mock Drafts to date
Yeah the top 4 seem to be pretty much locked in. The Bombers pick is the one that will directly shape the rest of the draft. Almost the whole time it's been said they'd take Tsatas, if that doesn't happen then everything looks very different all of a sudden. I have this feeling that won't go away that the Hawks will take CMac. I do believe the Cats will take Clark. Surely the Eagles take Ginbey if he's still there. Humphrey makes sense for the Suns. Definitely looking like we'll get whoever Essendon don't pick out of Tsatas and the Pou. I guess the Hawks are the other one that's a bit harder to predict.Be interested to see where Twomey has Tsatas in his Mock Draft tomorrow.

I think CMac is a very safe option to be an A grader. Tsatas could be Jelly Kelly or Toumpas. Pou even a bigger risk reward type. My preference CMac from those three. But I’m hoping for Humphrey. We need match winners. I think he projects to be a very good impact player. Will lose matches off his own boot but also win a few. I like the wildcard factor.Yeah the top 4 seem to be pretty much locked in. The Bombers pick is the one that will directly shape the rest of the draft. What's everyone's general feeling/preference here, CMac, Tsatas or the Pou?
Seems like the whole order has changed again the past few days.
Sounds as if Clark could be the one there at 10 now but he is the one player from that group who we haven't been linked to at all. Might mean we go one of Busslinger, Hewett or Hollands in this scenario?
Yeah really like the look of Humphrey, the kid's got some moves!I think CMac is a very safe option to be an A grader. Tsatas could be Jelly Kelly or Toumpas. Pou even a bigger risk reward type. He could Atleast put his balls on the line good and proper and give us the Hawthorn pick. This guy is a very good ITK. Has had very good form for a longtime on BF. Lock it in.

Yep 50% chance of being correct with Essendon. Half of Australia has been connected with Hawthorn. That’s the one we want to know!!He could Atleast put his balls on the line good and proper and give us the Hawthorn pick.
I get Lenny vibes
Worth noting that Toumpas, Polec and Fiora all went top 5 in their respective drafts.Jimmy Toumpas vibes.

What was the disposal averages of the 4?Worth noting that Toumpas, Polec and Fiora all went top 5 in their respective drafts.
Hawks want a bigger body. Which is strange give he is only 2cm tallerI think Tsatas to hawks makes the most sense given his outside game. McKenzie is more of the same of what they have in Ward and McDonald, albeit a little more polished
Clark looks very good too. Him & Mckenzie look the safest options in our draft range. Very little bust factor.Good kick. So torn on who I want if we miss McKenzie. But regardless we are gonna get a jet on Monday night
That screams Gibney to me. Hawks list management has been fkin questionable for the best part of a decadeClark looks very good too. Him & Mckenzie look the safest options in our draft range. Very little bust factor.
Yeah but he is probably off too Gold CoastThat screams Gibney to me. Hawks list management has been fkin questionable for the best part of a decade
No idea, but if they were considered good enough to go 2, 3 (?) and 5 in their respective drafts, then they obviously performed at very high levels, in spite of their non-contested styles of play. What was the disposal averages of the 4?
Do you have a favourite this year ARR?No idea, but if they were considered good enough to go 2, 3 (?) and 5 in their respective drafts, then they obviously performed at very high levels, in spite of their non-contested styles of play.
I’m not saying I don’t want Tsatas, or that I think he’ll be a bust, I don’t think I’ve seen more than a couple of seconds worth of footage of him play, but the simple fact is that those with very low contested possession ratios are vastly more likely to bust than those who win contested ball, and the extremely low tackle numbers are also somewhat concerning. As is hearing that he only runs one way (may or may not be true).
If we get him I’ll be excited for what he could be, and really excited to see him play, but I’ll also have my heart in my mouth that we could be looking at another Fiora/Toumpas/LOB type, who struggles to replicate his form in the big league.
I’ve been following the drafts since 1996 and I don’t remember anyone off the top of my head who’s gone from winning very low amounts of contested ball in the juniors to winning good amounts at AFL level.
It’s like drafting “HBFers” and hoping to turn them into “mids”, or drafting Gary Rohan’s and hoping you can teach them how to find the footy more than 10 times a game.
What you get is usually what you get.
