I have 6am starts with this job so I haven't even bothered checking in on the weekends. Maybe I should make an effort to allocate time for the highlights.

I hate stages like this and 3. It's boring. More stages like yesterday. Give us a big ducker halfway through the stage.

I ended up watching a movie instead, most boring stage ever apart from the last 3 K's. That Cofidis guy that swerved across the Quickstep train should be banned for life.

Breakaway, probably. The Cat 1 & Cat 2 climbs are waaay too early in the stage to be relevant.

I can see Kamna getting in the breakaway again, trying to take the pink. That's why he was so eager to grab the time bonuses at the intermediate sprints last night.

Agreed. Hope he gets there too. I liked what Matt Renshaw said about it: 30 km of flat and then pain.

This is some breakaway. Poels, Formolo, Mollema, Dumoulin. Quality throughout.

Bouwman is strong.

Think Jumbo made a mistake sending Dumoulin as their protected rider here. He's no longer a guy that can win GC, or even finish top 3. Should have given Vingegaard clear air as the leader for this and Dumoulin as the #2 to Roglic

Ineos will have to try something on Blockhaus because they won't get another chance to get some time back until maybe stage 15. BEX look very strong and Craddock has done nothing. It's good to see Howson back to his best again.

Haven't watched yet, will watch the full stage to tonight but death, taxes and Yates doing Yates things. I can't believe for 1 second that his knee caused that result, the team has paced in the past couple of days.
