No real change from this year but have cats, brisbane and essendon out and in comes st.kilda, west coast and freo.

I think sydney will improve and consolidate in thier 2021 efforts and gws to round out the top 8

No real bet that richmond make either just due to a few draft picks. So no sure thing there. If they make finals then be 6th-8th spot.

2022 geelongs time to miss the finals for once in a long while. i have them in 9th or 10th.

Essendon did well in 2021 but expect a bit of a downer in 2022. 2021 over achieved 2022 i feel they be a tad off. 9th-11th

Brisbane may have missed their chance now. Same can be said to Port but i feel Port have more upside and have 1 more year left in them.

St.kilda the surprise packet of 2022 but its been a while but they have the makings of top 4 in 2022 but really fizzled out this year. Should make finals methinks. Miss again and maybe another rebuild for the saints.

Both Carlton and Collingwood in same situations but Pies have more upside now and i feel Collingwood with begin the climb up the ladder.

Tipping Collingwood to finish higher then Carlton in 2022 by 1 or 2 spots.

Hawthorn will too begin the improve but a long way to go. Same as Collingwood.

Pies,Blues and Hawks i have finishing very close on the ladder netiher will make finals though.

Bottom 3 are Gold coast,Crows and North.

Spoon goes to Gold coast.

Too early to tell.

Probably be the same story for Geelong, top 4 and then struggle in the 9th month of the year and that will be it for them, expect retirements to some of their older players.
Fremantle and Richmond (if they are healthy) to play finals in 2022. Possibly St Kilda, it all depends. Hawthorn are a sneaky chance to get back in as well.
I think either one of these teams Port, Brisbane Lions, Sydney, GWS Giants or Essendon could miss the finals in 2022. But it could be anyone as the unexpected can often happen.
Expect Adelaide, Carlton, Gold Coast, North to miss again. They are still quite a few years away. But they will make you earn games. All 18 teams will win at least 5 games next year.
