God, you never see kicking in danger paid these days. Thought it might have been forgotten.

I wonder if VFL teams send full squads when they travel interstate. For example, I assume they would have flown up yesterday meaning they had to take Friday off work, not sure all players would have the ability to do that. I have no idea if that's the case just wondering out loud

Yes, I don't think the original VFL clubs are all that well catered for with the new setup. Feels like the whole thing is being run for the benefit of the AFL clubs and that's not fair.

Arnold has been pretty good last few minutes. Seems to be a very reliable kick and takes ground with his possessions.

I like Arnold and of the top ups looks like he could transition to the afl level. #56 also goes ok from what I've seen in recent weeks.

Honestly what I expect a AFL normally 22 player should be a lot better then VFL standard.
Lester and Matho show this week in week out as well.
Nice to see glimpses from some others.. Lane, Dev, Sharp, Carter, Wilmont, Madden etc.
Although love some fringe players put in big 4 qtr games week in and week out.
Not just glimpses, pile the pressure on those in the 22.

T Berry seems med sub today and been good the last few weeks.
