l wouldn't mind there being set criterias in regards to valid memberships that are counted and can only be approved by the Afl to eliminate the shonky clubs offering cheap memberships as the cut off date gets closer...Memberships should have a minimum amount of games and also a minimum price set by the Afl. Anything outside of this criteria while it can be counted wont be added to the membership totals of the clubs..This would eliminate a lot of the "so called members" memberships..
Yep, they need to make it 11 games or it doesn’t count. They can add together 1, 3 & 5 game ones and every 11 you get to add on a full membership for record keeping.

They can then have another category call mailing lists where they post the current membership numbers.

Congrats to Gold Coast, its a great achievement in a tough market. How does this compare to the Titans membership? They have been around way longer, and have the benefit of being in a League state.
No idea. Wikipedia had 6500 for 2019

Even when we're losing, we're winning.

I'd love to see "11 game equivalent seated membership" tally.

Pretty sure West Coast would still be at the top of that table, but you would be looking at a number closer to 50-55k

I'd expect MCG clubs to be lower, as the bigger stadium means its easier to get tickets to most games.
