Irish won first game of the season after this Hail Mary pass at end of the game by cal failed.

Man it was close.

He is now.

Sick finish

Beautifully done by the App State receiver to rove the pack front & square. Collingwood needed someone like him in their forward line in the final minute of last night's game instead of that useless, blonde-haired, diving squib.

Michigan State are being stomped on by Washington. 16-0 early in the second, they'll absolutely blow them out.

Time in possession is 13 mins to 3. Spartans had a goal line stand to stop Washington with 4 plays at the 1 (13 plays for 77 yards), then the running back proceeded to slip in the end zone on the very next play for a safety. The free kick what then punted out of bounds, meaning the restart took place at the 50.

The D is gassed and everyone else is doing apart.

Reminds me of the Falcons-Packers Divisional round where the Packers torched us.

Falcons finally score. But it's a ****ing kickoff return TD meaning the D just has to walk right back out.

looking at the box score it was mid-2nd and gave you a 14-7 lead. then the Packers went on to score 35.

I thought it came later, but thought it was early in the 3rd.

Right after a 13 play, 81 yard, 7:56min drive

And directly afterwards was a 10 play, 92 yard, 5:44min drive

I visited Husky stadium and it’s absolutely magnificent in an amazing location and the crowd and atmosphere is something else.
Makes me wonder why they’re not a bigger more successful football side.
Seems Southern schools are better destinations for the top prospects year after year

Comes down to the SEC dominating the Championships over a number of years, and the money that comes from the likes of ESPN and distributed to the teams.
Better facilities for training etc, is more likely to sway the student athletes.

Part of that is its own paradox. they get more money from making bowls than others which they spend in upgrades on the football program.

Give it a few years and Big10 will be the same with the monster TV deal
