What does the math say

I feel whenever you have a situation like this (penalty after touchdown, or kick effecting the kickoff)

If it's a short field, I'd ALWAYS onside kick it. You already have them backed up kinda. Worth the risk imo. But what does the math say?

Personal foul for trying to blow someone up and missing.

I dont get how its a flag when he didnt make contact or minimal at best.
Like how the AFL has rules for attempted striking/tripping?

Intent's there. Penalise it, get it out of the game.

Onside kick is like a 8% chance anyway. but given the free 15 might be worth it.

I dont like the act, but not sure it should be flagged when so many players are launching with the helmet in every game. some teams like the Bucs almost every tackle has someone going in to clean up head first trying to hurt but not flagged.

Al Michael better be having fun counting all of Jeff's cash he's receiving for switching to TNF on Prime, because he sounds so bored covering these games. And given the standard of games we've had on TNF this season, it doesn't surprise me.

Thinking the same especially with all the extra $$$$ Prime gave him he could spend doing other things now.

However Kirk Herbstreit is sort of pretty good as the analyst.

He didnt want to retire. and it was either TNF on MNF. and Amazon won the bidding war.

Its worked out well for him, gets paid and now doesnt need to work weekends.

Gotta say at the start of the season when a lot of pundits were saying the Eagles were the best in the NFC I was like WTF!!! But they're doing OK as of Week 10.

They also said the Steelers were a chance to win the AFCN. [emoji1751]

Currently they are in line for pick 2 in the draft.

In fairness, like 75% of the talent on their roster has been on IR most of the year, but he's due back this week I hear...

Can TNF asap
Tuesday Night Football would be better (if they're not gonna go with Friday or Saturday).

Thursday has teams playing on too short a week, it's ridiculous. Tuesday would see teams with a shorter break leading in to the following week but at least it's 5 days not 4. Or just can it altogether and go with an extra Sunday late game or a double header on MNF.

I know some players can get back to near the best from an ACL quickly but most don't. I can see the $5mil maybe if Beckham can satisfy teams he is right to go but that's a big IF.

As for multi year? Not at that coin so one step at a time Odell;)
