Grand Final tickets? Amazing! I called a number of times throughout the year and couldn't even get them to send me my 2021 membership pack

Called the club today and prices won’t increase if you have upgraded your membership for this year.
If we start well next year no reason why we can’t hit 50,000.

Got my automatic membership and donation renewal email today.
Can’t remember ever signing up for automatic renewal of membership or donation which irritates me somewhat.
I also tried to find the prices for different categories of membership online but can’t find anything.
Never received a cap, scarf or even a sticker for the past two years.
Must be lockdown turning me into a grumpy old man.

Honestly I'm giving up on those member surveys each year (outside of the chance at a free jumper) - they literally do not listen. Nobody wants extra compost and a pin that goes in the bottom of a draw. I've spoken about this at length before and it honestly feels like they just do not have any feel for the average fan on the street.
