Spare a thought for me doing outbound for work next week. We have customers in SA, NSW, Qld and Victoria, and we're not allowed to call them before 9am. Vic and NSW should be easy, but we'll have to wait half an hour before we call customers in SA, and an hour for Queensland - and then if we have to leave a voicemail message we have to mention our opening hours, and specify we mean Eastern Summer Standard Time. :rolleyes:

I get the importance of teaching about stranger danger, but that's pretty ****ed up
