Don't think I've ever watched him closely, every time the Tigers played, I was too busy screaming "WHERE THE fu** IS SHORT" or "WHY THE fu** DO I HAVE CHAI BOLT-ON IN MY SIDE" or "WHY THE fu** DOES DUSTY ON TRY IN FINALS"

Chol could make it as a third tall, but has no physicality, so zero chance of making at a ruckman.

Thanks to Houli going down. The last few rounds gave him a big boost.
Just frustrating seeing those 70s early on.
I'll most likely start him again next season.

Short should be a good pick next season with Houli retiring. Doubt Rioli will be on kick in duty.

Short is a safe 95-100 average. He has 105+ potential, that's the frustrating thing. Hopefully next year!

Short should be a good pick next season with Houli retiring. Doubt Rioli will be on kick in duty.

Vlastuin continuing to take kick ins will hurt him.

The stand rule has seen him going from getting stuff all CPs to getting **** all CPs, that's what is really putting the cap on his ceiling.

I think the ball will be down his end a bit next season so he should get enough to score well. Maybe the tigers change game style too, he might get to sea-gull more effectively.

Definitely did disappear at times.
I actually thought his year was a lot poorer than his SC scores reflected.
The whole "anything 40m+ is considered effective / not ineffective" thing flattered him.

Doubt I'll start him next year, but will definitely be on the watch list.

I think he will be ok next year with Houli gone but I would probably go the little man Helmet again he will be $20k cheaper and could be def/mid

would guess there would be a couple more draftees in it. that hb line is a massive concern. forward line is pretty hot, mids too, just need a ruck.

Our major problem is we have very few players between 25-29.
Massive age gap. We drafted terribly as the expansion teams came in.
We have very limited experience. IMO we had to put it in defence as that's were the ball was all year.
We will draft mids again.

Edwards is very skinny.
If CCJ comes in its likely Tom Campbell retires, Xerri plays first ruck in the VFL.
and Edwards/Comben plays KPF in the VFL.

Yeah, makes sense ....Xerri probably B4 Edwards ....although Comben his highly rated as a KPF

At the moment we have
Goldy, Campbell, Xerri, Edwards, Comben as possible rucks.
+ CCJ if he comes in.
Im not sure ruck is a pressing need.

Brady Rawlings picks amazing second rounders in the draft.
His record at WC before he came back to north was awesome.
Glen Luff who used to run CD is our head of analysis.
That's why we have had for SC relevant players over the last few years.

Do you think you will go with the Ziebell/Hall combo again? Ziebell seemed a bit superfluous toward the end of the year. With Tarrant and Corr there is enough experience. Is it just a case of he has to play somewhere?

yep.

Maybe. I think a KPD is more likely.
Noble has said he can never have enough mids who run both ways.
JHF will be our first pick.
who knows @20. It seems like there will be a bunch of KPF's available around that mark. we dont really need more of them. so probably another mid or a small forward.
We applied a few days ago to the AFL for a priority pick.
If that happens IDK what we do lol.
