Each to their own, but I see Crisp as that level below SP, solid reliable player though.

De Goey despite his good recent form is too big a question mark. Will the new coach play him in the mid's? What happens when he gets a new contract? Reckon he's playing for his future at present, but will that last?. I don't think so.

Crisp could finish as high as D3. Can't get much more SP than that on his line?

First year averaging over 100. Didn't realise he was going so well the last few weeks. Benefiting from the new coaches style maybe?

Maybe if Harvey sticks around he'll be worth it. Love starting players who will play 22 games.

My mids atm Walsh, Steele, Macrae, Tracc, Rowell, Berry, Horne, Daicos.

Can't have them all, would expect a slight decrease in his output too as Rowell, Anderson etc shoulder more of the load. Other ones I've already mentioned don't have a foreseeable likely reason to decrease output.

Steele, Miller, Parish, Walsh are the locks for mine. Even more so than Macrae. And yes Rowell at M5. If Bont and Macrae can score at the Dogs, Miller and Roweel can score at the Suns

Will Day the one I'll be keeping an eye on in the pre season. Just wish he could stay on the park. Going to be some player if he can.

Full time mid now.
Should get fwd/mid dpp.
Currently averaging 42 but has only played 5 games for the year so that should change by a fair bit.
If priced at around $250k then maybe.

Parish's scoring has dropped a bit with Shiel back. He might be over-priced next year.

Macrae should be the first mid picked in every team, doesn't have bad games so never drops much in price. We all want a POD but having him as a POD against you isn't wise imo.

Like the rest though.

Why wouldn't you bid at pick 2 and make the bulldogs pay up? You still get Horne and reduce their draft hand?

Clubs don’t screw each other like that though. If they genuinely rank him 1 fair enough they call his name. But if they don’t they won’t purposely call someone early just to screw another over.

North have never had a number 1 draft pick.
Not bidding on daicos or darcy is an option.

Will Crisp hang on to def status though? If he does lock him in for a stress free 2200 points, definitely will be a Mid/Def if he retains.
