He would have to be one of the dumbest people going around.

Now he'll probably get a club sanctioned suspension and we cross him off our starting teams

Also, wtf is forcible touching????

Is it like some sexual harassment thing or just minor assault?
It's a sexual harassment thing, yeah he's probably done now, bye bye career.

****ing idiot

Forcible touching is what happens when Hurn tonnes up

What's the odds that the forcible touching earnt him a case of forcible entry while in the slammer
It's a 1 year sentence in NY, pair that with the assault charges and yeah, wouldn't surprise me.

It sounds like groping. A honk on the **** or something worse.
What an idiot. Being a AFL player wont help him over there.

Depends on the severity of the outcome for mine. I'd still consider starting him if he only ends up copping a 1-2 week club suspension so long as his ownership is POD level.

Fair.
I've tried starting players that kissed round1 before. Never worked out for me.

Forward benchie scoring 20-30s as cover is a real possibility for sure. But if he has a strong pre-season, is under 10% come round 1 and is only set to miss a round or two, it shouldn't be to much of a problem whilst everyone is fielding 6-9 rookies. If a few legit SPs somehow manage to get forward eligibility though, I probably won't risk it.

The police release all details of accused crimes over there to the media.
I think this will force the AFL's hand. He will be deregistered.

AFL can't/won't deregister him over accusations and or media scrutiny. He could well be suspended until it plays out in the courts though. Sydney Stack was not deregistered and he spent a few months in a WA prison last year.

Months in prison?
Your comparing Sydney Stack and Degoey?

Sydney Stack was breaching the COVID exemption Western Australia had granted him to enter the state for a family funeral, when he was arrested out in Northbridge while he should have been in quarantine. The authorities’ response was harsh and unyielding.

For his act of wantonness, Stack spent two weeks over Christmas in Hakea Prison – most of that time in isolation in the jail’s COVID wing with only his legal team able to contact him – before serving two months adhering to bail conditions. He was eventually fined $6000 in the Perth Magistrates court after a series of Supreme Court decisions in the state found incarceration for COVID breaches was a manifestly excessive penalty.
