Dr Peter Larkin on SEN , next season likely to have rounds disrupted as players test positive at different times.
FFS Gil , get a big chicken pox style party going on for all players before season , SuperCoach is hard enough as it is.
**** me, who gives a **** if they get it. They're all vaccinated. Just play the bloody game.

So the entire AFL has had a handful of cases over two years but next year its happening every round

It’s still going to be the case that everyone in society is going to have to isolate when they contract it.

I guess it’s probably better to suspend a whole round than to let it rip through clubs and end up in a situation where multiple teams are having to forfeit/get smacked as they’ve got too many players in isolation.

Then again who knows what the transmission rates will be like amongst AFL clubs once the whole countries open. At this stage that’s probably just one potential solution to a problem to which we have no idea what the severity will be.

Hopefully only to players that I don't own.
****.
Hurn is most defs in the highest risk group.

My 2022 season is over and its still 2021.

See you all in 2023 :rainbow:

In the NBA every few days: Player X "has entered the league's health and safety protocols" and the games go on.

Think it had to do with current laws giving each states Chief Health Officer the power to over rule the AFL and quarantining groups of players leaving teams short . Seemed to be singling out WA , McGowan probably wants 20 lashes and thumb screws on top of quarantine 😉
Either they get uniformity or could be your boys in a hub over East.

Fyfe is recovering from shoulder surgery, which was complicated by signs of infection and hasn’t run for four months as he manages his recovery.

With doubts over his fitness for at least the start of next season, Barlow said the side should look for a ready-made stopgap for the 30-year-old.

Aiding the Dockers is the acquisition of Will Brodie from the Gold Coast Suns, but Barlow said the side should hunt for some more backup talent.

“He (Brodie) is it in the short term and he can take care of Nat’s absence if he is to be absent,” Barlow said.

“It will give Will some opportunity, but at the same time, Will has to prove he’s at the standard. It’s a fair cherry for someone like him right now to stand up and say ‘I’m going to go and grab that spot’.

After all this time, what would his JS be like .....Freo don't seem to have been keen to rush him into the side up to now

Obviously there is more to it going by this.

meh ....we want action from SC posters with personalty not 3 or 4 head beating, cave your head in boredom kents ...solid pass for me
👍

It's simply a dip the toe in the water exercise ....was raised by a couple of posters last season ...it doesn't change our normal approach, just broadening the boards appeal

Every year I seem to be the only person in my draft league that is active at seasons end.
I would love a draft league with a few interested peeps in it.
