No power or air in any of the penalty shots. Made it to easy for the keepers. Great saves by the Croatian keeper, but Japan didn't handle the pressure when it came to taking their kicks.

The thing with penalties is that if the keeper goes the other way and it goes in then no one says anything about it being a poor penalty. Same with the opposite, last penalty by Pasalic was nothing special, if the keeper went the correct way he would have saved it and everyone would be saying how poor it was.

Anyhow Croatia get through but you would think they will be stuffed no matter who they play next. Looked very tired by the end and with the short turnaround will most likely be out of gas early on.
