Horse & co are gonna need to spend the pre-season working on Ladhams' mentality and application. He just seems to unravel too easily in games.
Yep. Laughable that some thought he'd be an instant upgrade on Hickey at this stage of the season. Even injured Hickey has identical stats this season.

I thought that was a possibility! I remember a game earlier in the year where he pretty much dominated, and became like an extra midfielder racking up clearances. Guess I'd just love to see that again against the dees.

I'd pick Ronke over Wicks as medi-sub. Ronke and Wicks fight for the same spot, though both can only get a run when Papley's out. Ronke's been in pretty good form for most of the year and has generally grabbed opportunities to play seniors with both hands. He's twice kicked a goal as the sub. In four full games he's kicked six goals, a decent return from someone who hasn't had a chance to settle in a position.

Wick's best asset has long been his pressure but he seems to have gone away from that. Perhaps in his hunger to score and prove his worth to the team he forgets that it's extreme pressure that creates goal opportunities, for the team and for himself. Ronke can bring the pressure just as much as Wicks ever did and he takes his opportunities. I could see Ronke holding the small forward position while Papley has a run in the midfield. He's no Papley but he can do some real damage if not well attended, as his Buddy Ronke seven goal game attests.

How about the stand alone re-start ING the old VFA Bedford. They are going to have problems surviving in this comp

Would love to but it won't happen and nowhere to go , i suppose Willy could go to western and Port could go to Southern League , but it is a terrible standard.

Because they like their dogs and want to spend time with them?
Plenty of time to spend with them , i even saw a person trip over a lead this morning at a junior game , dogs craping on the grounds , people tripping over them etc . Leave them at home ffs

You have said some controversial things before bedders, but I think with this, finally, you have taken things too far.

Not at all i see it every week . The worst are the Umpire escorts who seem to need a dog with them . Taking it too far ffs , it happens

I like seeing dogs out and about eating toasties!!:)
I think it entirely depends on the dogs owner!

Reasonably well trained dogs on leashes with responsible owners (carrying poop bags) aren't a problem; it's the rest that are a pain in the arse!

Owners being dragged behind their dogs winding through crowds, leaving 'deposits', barking at everything and everyone in close proximity, and generally making a nuisance of themselves annoy the hell out of me!
