I get the feeling this year there will be that many multiclub deals - clubs are wheeling and dealing more than ever each year and Carlton might have someone that another club is after and we get in on a 3 way deal. Alternatively, a future pick might be the go?

I don't have really have direct sources at a club in terms of them being intricately involved in decision making or even on the periphery of that side of things, so I can't promise what I hear is going to be uber reliable. I get nuggets dropped occasionally through conversations with people I know who sometimes talk with those kind of people or talk with people who talk with those people though.

To be honest he still has to prove himself at AFL level and do the work this offseason. Still a way to go with him.

Highmore is solid but more of a 3rd tall, we have Doedee and Worrell. He'd still be the best of the bunch. Melican seemed to have a spot there until Paddy McCartin came along.
