Hunt doesn't fit the go slow ball movement at all cost then wait and wait and bomb it long to the pocket so can't see him staying. Would prefer to keep him and use him properly. But with Rivers and Bowey we do have depth in that area. Hibberd to go around again and hopefully Salem gets back to 2021 form after a shocking year.

Going quick and bombing it while being a shocking defender isn't much of a loss

I wonder if we have any interest in Hunter. I really think we don't need to be as active in trade week as most want. We have good talent coming through and if we have guys like Sparrow, Rivers and Bowey continue to improve with guys developing like JVR, Howes and Laurie I think we can improve on last season.

Ins being draft picks. They just don't have names yet.

I like the the picks for the long term future but if its just Grundy that we bring in, its going to be a long year. And a long pre-season of Goodwin selling hope to fans. Before inevitably the tall gumby rucks and forwards don't work.

Quite often I've been surprised with some of the trades we've made in the past. We may not be very active during the trade period but you never know what the club has in mind and what trades could happen.

Addam Maric comes to mind when I hear that but there has been plenty others. It's funny our fringe players 10 years ago needed 'washing' but now winning the premiership our fringe players are good, at the end of the day fringe players are just fringe players with some exceptions.

lol, I'm positive about getting draft picks in though. If we manage to keep 2 first rounders for Jackson and don't offload 1 for Grundy then I'll be a happy camper. As long as they're used on victorians at the draft. Not sure I can handle another Jackson fiasco and potentially a kozzie circus next year.
