If I want to delist Thomas am I up for 75% right?

It's a bit unprecedented this scenario but paying 75% seems right. Thomas hasn't retired and could still sign for another team at the end of the season.

Unfortunately as the current rules stand you are stuck with him until the end of the season.

At that point you should be able to delist him.
