I reckon this is a pretty good list. Oakleigh has an incredibly strong group in 2024.

History suggests that 10 bottom agers will be selected in the 2023 academy. The 2024 draft at this stage is looking as strong as the 2023 crop.
Picking 20 top age players for the 2023 academy would not be an easy task. I'll have a crack at it later today.
