OK, I’ll bite. Frampton is shite and lucky to wear a premiership medal. But the fact is that the guy he played on (one of Brisbane’s best three players) had no real influence on the game. This hurt Brisbane while Frampton‘s incompetence had no impact on Collingwood, who had no expectation that a bloke who is a depth player and was a late in would kick any goals on Andrews.

The mental gymnastic surrounding Framptons game is crazy. He is comfortably the worst premiership player I can think of. A massive 2 touches, 2 turnovers, 2 frees against, 0 marks. "But he negated Andrews" who lead the game in marks, intercept posessions, one percenters, intercept marks, spoils.

Frampton is the definition of a passenger.
