With the 6 new sides, how many players would be allocated for each side and who'd you have as their coaches?

No players or coaches for each team. Games will be played like this just without the coin toss, and home team will start.

How do they manage to play at McDonald Jones? Isn't it a rectangular field? Or have they redeveloped it specifically for the Dolphins entrance?

Well there is nothing currently big enough for AFL in Newcastle, but there was talks around 7-8 years ago about making it a more oval ground for a Big Bash team and maybe even an AFL team. So I just went off that and presumed if the dolphins wanted to be in AFL they’d have to play at McDonald Jones Stadium.
