2023 AFLTM Preseason
Pick a full team of 18 starters + 7 interchange players for the only week of the AFL Official Practice Matches. Every coach that selects a team gets a Pre-Season Competition Draft pick. Draft order is determined by the highest team score for the week with the highest scoring team getting the first pick in a the Pre-Season Competition Draft. Draft will commence as soon as draft order is finalised or after the conclusion of the Supplementary Rookie Draft, whichever is later.
Hawthorn, Collingwood, Fremantle, Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Geelong players to be selected as starting 18 or interchange by 5:10PM AEDT Thursday March 2.
St Kilda, Essendon, Sydney, Carlton, West Coast and Adelaide players to be selected as starting 18 or interchange by 4:10PM AEDT Friday March 3.
18+7 due 12:10PM AEDT Sunday March 4.
NOTE: Team selection will also act as an activity check for the upcoming season. Any coach who does not select a team may be at risk of being marked inactive and their team offered to potential new coaches.
NOTE 2: Remember the new rules introduced this year around player positions. 2 x KPD, 2 x defenders, 1 x Ruck, 2 x KPF and 2 x forwards need to play in your 18 otherwise scoring penalties will apply.
