Seems strange with no Daicos in there. Nick probably ended up 6th or 7th best in the end

Crisp, Moore also good. Pendles, Maynard important early.

We definitely had a lot of our best players down. Don't think any of Moore, DeGoey or Nick Daicos were close to their best, and Quaynor faded out of the game too.

Cameron would have been bog had he received the 18 free kicks from holding in the ruck that he probably deserved.

5 - Murphy (was the difference maker we needed down back while Moore had his hands full with Dixon, brilliant in the first half and went on with it in the second)
4 - Adams (willed us over the line in the midfield in that last quarter with brute force and determination)
3 - Elliott (have to acknowledge the finisher with ice in his veins despite a number of other fantastic goals in the last quarter, without any of which we lose)
2 - Steele (started off hot early, faded a bit but kicked a critical goal out of nowhere on the left which helped reinforce the belief that we could snatch the win)
1 - Pendles (seriously how many times have we seen this bloke working down the wing and hitting a team mate on the tit with a 50m bullet under pressure to get us a critical shot at goal?)
